      The packaging for the part arrived in good order. There was crusty brown material (we'll call it hot cocoa) on the board (see photo). I was able to scrape it off. Unfortunately, one of the wiring clips was delivered with a broken off part (see the photo - the part from my TV is on top, the ebay part is on bottom). I suspect it was broken when it was originally salvaged and was easily overlooked. With this clip not functional I was not able to install the board. Bummer.
