Cant ask for refund before, because "item in transit"
After the shipping estimate, options to request a refund or leave feedback dissappear since it's more than ebay's 90 day limit.
Contacted seller for refund. Seller replied: contact post office.
It was very hard, but I found a way to contact ebay support after the 90 day limit to issue an official ebay refund request that was approved. Otherwise you can't even leave feedback to warn others.
