I ordered two items from the seller, but the seller forgot to include one item in the package. This was only discovered when I received the package. The seller sent the missing item, but I had to wait almost two additional weeks to receive it. Unfortunately that was the item I now needed rather urgently. During the two weeks without the item, I had to manually measure solvent which was very inconvenient, inefficient and tedious. I'm satisfied with the items, but not with the two-week delay.
