I recently purchased an item from this seller, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite expressing concerns about the condition not aligning with the listing, the seller was unresponsive to finding a resolution. The cosmetic blemishes were more significant than depicted, and the deeper scratches on the skid plate raised concerns about potential rust. The seller declined any agreement, leaving me with no option for a return or price adjustment.

This item is a Skid plate. It goes under your truck to protect your drivetrain from rocks and such when going off road. We state in the listing that these have chips and imperfections in them. That is how it comes from Ford Performance. Customer demanded ALL of their money back and did not want to ship item back. We can not do that. With Ebay you always have 30 days to RETURN an item if you do not like it. THEY REFUSED.
