No mention was made of the fading although other sellers are careful to mention when a quilt is faded. This one was partially faded, the areas that were faded stood in sharp contrast to those that were not. From the listing: "It does have an area of slight soft fade on the lower left that can be seen in the overall picture." Buyer messaged it was more faded than she anticipated, and fair enough, I want happy buyers. In this case, happily, I was able to offer a choice. As we'd already partially refunded shipping, a system glitch wouldn't allow another partial refund for a week.
