- h***o (467)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseUSPS dang near killed the box! It was torn open so bad I didn't even have to open anything to lift it out. You need to put more than styrofoam chips in the box as it must have rolled around a whole lot and there was only a handful of chips left.Aside from that, thank you for an excellent product! I installed it yesterday and it works great. Nice not to have that battery light showing up! Thanks again!

Contacted the seller and they were very responsive and indicated what actions I could take. I chose to keep the alternator and swap over my existing pulley due to needing this vehicle up and running ASAP. Seller was in constant communication while we sorted this out. Everything's running fine so far and I'm hoping I do not need to use the one year warranty, because changing alternators in these vehicles is a PITA
