    Unfortunatly the unit did not work upon receipt. Upon plugging in for the first time it starting alarming without having touched a button. After unplugging and plugging back in for 2nd time the alarm silenced and "Charging" light activated (battery). However unit will still not power on, either while plugged in or unplugged. Most likely the battery is dead as it won't hold charge. These units needs working battery to power up even when plugged in. I will have order new battery.
