The seller missed my order and didn’t ship it until almost 2 weeks later. When the item did arrive, it was dented and very dusty.

I did overlook the shipping on this item initially, for which I am truly sorry. The item was as pictured and was 10+ years old. The contents of the packaging were new. Most people open these and use them as game pieces. I hadn't considered the condition of the packaging as an issue on an inexpensive item like this.

It took him 9 days to send the product, he did not give the tracking number until I requested it after 12 days, he does not answer the messages and still calls me a scammer for opening a case. Terrible seller.

You took the item and lied about receiving it. You got a full refund and kept the item. Yes, I forgot to add the tracking number...but you received your item and still scammed me out of the money. Complete joke. You should be banned from EBAY. DO NOT SELL TO THIS CLOWN.
