      Poorly packed in a flimsy box. I have been buying this coffee for over eight years and it is always vacuum packed and this is the first time that it actually smelled like coffee and the bag was not vacuum packed. I won’t buy from the seller again.

      Sorry to hear, we pack in corrugated boxes like everyone else, never heard of flimsy before, also so you know sometimes Danesi really takes the air out pretty extreme from bean pack and seem stiff, but overall it's not vacuumed not theirs and not anyone else's, it has a valve to actually let natural gases release on there own, only 250g. ground are vacuumed (except for the tins) all you had to do is contact and ask for help and we would take care of any issues. Take care.
