    The tuner was incompetently packaged, hardly larger than the electronic component itself. There were no "FRAGILE" stickers on the box. When I looked at the box, I felt sure that the tuner had to be mangled, and it was...smashed at both ends. When I tried to see if it still worked, I saw that it had a European plug, which is compatible only with 50 Hz.What do I do? I have wasted the money I spent

    The fraudster did not submit a single photo that the device arrived damaged. Then he waited a month to start the return procedure. Regarding the cable, he did not deign to ask me a question before the actual purchase or to look at the photo of the device.
