However problems occured with the final stage of delivery, A garbled message which made little sense was left of my answerphone, followed by subsequent emails which implied the delivery person couldn't get a response from the household; this was not the case because 3 residents were in the house at that time and none of us heard the door bell ring, suggesting the van never actually reached the address. The item arrived safely but 18 late.
