    We provided the client with a clear explanation, and it's puzzling why he isn't being truthful. Our employee intended to list the item for bidding rather than as a "Buy It Now" option. Unfortunately, it sold immediately, and we promptly informed the buyer about the mistake. We sincerely apologized and assured him that he could bid on the corrected listing.
