Excellent customer service, package tracking, and communication. The product fell short of my expectations because the eWeLink application fails to change temperature sensor readings from Celsius to Fahrenheit despite it saying it is possible in the settings menu. The pro hub also has very limited range from the sensor in comparison to the non pro version. I’m having a hard time being convinced that the sonoff ecosystem is a viable choice for my use case. Let’s see if they reach out to feedback.
