    Over packaged for such a small thin item. This meant the post office didn't leave it in the letter box (it was then TOO thick) on Easter Monday when my wife and I were away. Caused extra travel by me and 2 days delay.

    The item was sent as a parcel and required signature for pick up which is probably why it was not left at the letter box. The item was sent well packaged so as to ensure it was delivered safely and in good order. Any delay in receiving the item may have involved the public holidays for Good Friday and Easter Monday.
