Wrong item sent, at first seller offered 30% refund and said I could keep the item that had been sent by mistake. I said this was not acceptable. I could not use the incorrect item that had been sent and said I would like the correct item sent or a full refund. I was happy to return the wrong item sent if the seller paid for the postage.
The seller then gave a full refund and said to keep the incorrect item.
