I am leaving a one star rating because I can't leave a 0. Worst transaction ever! Lamp lasted 40 days! Had a 180 day warranty. The company declined to give me a refund! The woman on the phone was very rude to me and should not be in customer service.Terrible Company!!!!!!!

Our customer service rep was not rude to this customer. He was notified that Philips discontinued this lamp so we can't replace it, but he could still return for refund. He proceeded to tell us that he wants us to refund it without him returning it. That is not how this works; if you want a refund, we need to get the merchandise back. The offer to refund was a courtesy for an item outside of refund period, but still in warranty vs us sending the next closest brand available as a replacement.
