    I offered to begin the refund process and you said that sounds like too much trouble,as I reqested a photo of the box and packaging. You agreed to the refund of 1/2 the shipping. I had already refunded $3.00, at time of shipping, as I realized shipping was less than anticipated, so actually I refunded 3/4 of the shipping. I did my best to accomodate, yet you still gave me a neutral. It seems that you received 1st Class Service & we don't even know if it actually happened in shipping or after.
