    The first cap that was sent was crushed and in pieces. I immediately messaged the seller. At first I received no response and was ready to contact EBay for assistance. I had photographed the damaged cap and the poor packaging. The seller blamed UPS. The seller did immediately send out another cap that arrived promptly and undamaged. Communication should have been better. In the end, all is good.
