I found the instructions, which are included, hard to follow so I just took my time and replaced belts one at a time. The order was shipped and promptly and delivered on time. The projector is now running great.

Upon opening the envelope I took the item with me to look at it at the turntable. A customer came up to me and asked a question and i went back to my checkout counter in my store. I have never seen the item since. Looked for it for 2 hours. I gave up. I'm going to the automotive store and am going to purchase a 1-3/8" diameter O ring for .50 cents to see if that works.
