There were no instructions for beginners or dummies. I just thought it have a switch & the lights turn on. It had wires on the back that you have to connect. I was searching for a YouTube video showing how to do it but couldn't find one. On the back of the building is a sticker that says: the LEDs require 9-12 volts DC Input. Red wire is (+), Black wire is (-) It says that in the item description as well. He never responded to any of my inquiries about if and when he planned on shipping it. I even threatened to contact eBay and file a complaint. He still didn’t respond. I opened a case, informing eBay that I wanted my money back. Then he sent it. I should have refused it. When it finally arrived, the item didn’t light up as advertised! Stay away from this seller!
