    seller fraudulently bought a envelope package postage and cut it out and attached it to the box of my purchased item I order . I paid for item $60.00 and $10.65 for shipping . when item arrived i had to pay an additional $55.35 for shipping because of seller cheating the system and committing postal fraud . seller is a stammer as with my results dealing with them . I will be following up with PayPal on this issue with seller and beyond ....
