- o***0 (136)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseNice CV joint, price and reasonable shipping however the listing of part # 171498099C is incorrect. I bought based on the listed part # for my 1984 VW GTI however it is not. It all bolted together fine but the CV itself is not the correct size. It is 2mm and 3mm too large where it mates to the hub which seized the CV shaft once torqued. This is a later 90mm ending in “F” not “C”. I wasted a lot of time installing this only to find it doesn’t fit. We could of tried to resolve this. Most of the 'New Old Stock' items we sell were purchased from a repair facility that closed, and we bought out the parts/inventory. We rarely see discrepancies from the inventory but it does happen, and try to make it right when we know about it.
