I ordered factory rugs for the Grand Cherokee I just purchased since it did not come with them, this business did not do anything after I paid for the items. Didn t ship, didn t communicate why they didn t, nothing, I gave them a week then I attempted to contact them about it, gave them 24 hours to respond after that to which they did not. Then I opened a ticket with ebay about my items and was refunded almost immediately due to lack of receiving my items and their lack of response.
