A bit neutral after receiving a defect monitor, mouse, and keyboard-- I had to buy replacements for them. I attempted to contact the sellers via email, but it felt a little sketchy the way they informed me on what to do (feeling like leading to a scam). But after a while, I got a call from the seller, he was good. Should've been communicating through phone instead the first time. All and all, got the replacements, and the desktop works splendidly still as ever.
