- y***d (69)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThis is more expensive than other wifi dongles but IME that's mostly because other dongles don't work. I got this working under Debian 12 although I had to boot from the live USB to have wifi active before installing the OS. I tried a non-boot Debian install but the installer would recognise wifi was available but would never connect. Lubuntu recognised wifi was available but permission errors meant I could never 'turn wifi on'. So in short boot into Debian live USB, connect wifi then install OS
- r***9 (55)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseBoth usb dongles are not recognized by either windows or Kali Linux and the driver discs shipped with the items have corrupted sha hash’s indicating tampering likely with the driver. Attempting to use a driver found on the internet still does not make the usbs work. Windows doesn’t do anything at all when you insert the usbs like the units are totally dead, same with Linux they don’t even show up if you lsusb or lsmod check. I’ve contacted seller for a refund and returnReply from: ukclearancecentre- Feedback replied by seller ukclearancecentre.- Feedback replied by seller ukclearancecentre.Asked buyer to try plugging in directly to the USB port and NOT using a USB hub and that resolved the issue they were having with the dongles
