    As the postage option chose was untracked I was unable to find where the package had gone to.It was sent to the address as per the order.Once within the postal system unfortunately it is totally out of my control.A full refund was issued in this case

    this is a fake. the spring had 13 turns and on the photo it has 10 turns. it was so tight it will never have worked. had to cut off a bit. And the screw on the handle do not fit on the spring. (got it on when i had cut off a bit of the spring). Save your money and buy the real thing
