In the case of M377 is the pressure roller who fuse the toner on the page making this critical for this part to transfer heat from fusser resistance to page. In my case is needed elevate the transfer temperature (selecting very heavy paper on options) making my prints so slow and making impossible to print on stickers or heavy papers. A print out was included with the item but it appears to be from a different unit as the mac address didn't match the one I received. Once I was able to install it and set it up I could confirm it works as expected and printed out a copy of the paper included that confirmed that paper wasn't from the unit I received.
