If you have to return an item even because of their fault, they will wear you out with emails, ask same questions over and over, offer partial refund, ask you to resell the item, and not send you a return label after a week of back-and-forth emails, even though they say free returns on their ad. Ebay had to step in and issue me the refund. You have been warned!
