    Pretty impressed with the quality overall. It arrived in the condition described. I Installed it on 7.3 Powerstroke. It's not the loudest wheel with stock exhaust. If you have a truck with no muffler, or straight piped, it whistles like a champ. You can hear the truck coming a block away. This is the info I was looking for when I ordered the wheel, but it wasn't available. Hope it helps someone. The wheel was balanced when I got it. I would definitely buy another one. The cost was on point, too
