Very arrogant seller. After passing three weeks of estimated shipping time without any tracking information provided, I inquired the seller the item is not arrived yet. This seller replied with the attitude that pay attention! we are French seller, your item already arrived in US, just in customs, so wait! What an arrogant attitude! I don’t have any tracking info, how could I know it is already in US?

When ordering, you had the choice between shipping without tracking or with tracking, you selected and paid without tracking. This is why you have no follow-up. And yes, unfortunately the customs of the shipping countries can decide to hold an order to check its contents. I have been doing this activity for over 9 years and my experience is great regarding customs issues. So yes your order will arrive but you will have to wait for customs to release it. Sorry
