So disappointed. I have ordered from this company lots of times before. On this occasion I ordered orange beads as I needed them for a project I was working on for someone who wanted orange. What they actually sent was yellow. I asked them to send the right colour as it was the wrong colour sent and the response I got was that they didn’t have orange so sent yellow instead! I didn’t want yellow! When I asked for a refund they have simply ignored me. Awful customer service.
