Hello, the thermostat does not fit the housing. The disc that closes the opening in the housing should be totally flat like a two piece coin and as shown on the diagram in advert. Also the seal is not an a solid O ring but a C ring that fits onto the edge of stationary diameter part.
Measurements on stat I’ve taken out of my engine are near enough same as the diagram shown but are different in build as the one supplied. Look forward to hearing from you.
