I never recieved my order and according to the vendor, it was insured. Canada post won't open a claim yet the last tracking claimed it was out for delivery! It's been weeks. Not only am I out of pocket but a replacement part was not offered, they simply suggested I buy another. Not satisfied and still need the part!
