I felt like the description was a little evasive. Most sellers point out the item has chips and have circled the chip or somehow pointed them out. I don’t mind buying item that are not perfect if the price reflects the damage. It was shipped in a timely manner and packaged with care. I would still recommend this seller.

Thank you for your positive feedback, despite your observations regarding the quality of the ashtray. I thoroughly inspect all items prior to shipping. If I discover any flaws that were not included in the original listing, I always contact the buyer before sending the item. For the record, I did offer a full refund if you wished to return the ashtray, but you chose not to accept the offer.
