Seller messaged me after purchase and told me the import tariffs would be $745 extra on top of my purchase price OR if I sent them $200 they had a way around it by shipping from Korea instead of China. Good business practice would have been to state this ahead of time or just go ahead and ship it from Korea rather than try to scam extra money from me. I got a refund from this seller and purchased the same engine for $40 less from another seller that was shipped out promptly
