    The excellent feedbacks for this retailer are deserved. The computer was well packaged and received quickly. The only thing wrong was that the item did not have the DVD unit as described. I can't give 5 stars because of this. However this was quickly resolved as Luke did not argue and quickly gave a refund to allow a purchase of an external unit. For communication and friendliness they deserve 5 stars. Highly recommended.
