    Pencil had permanent marks on the plastic, seller says it wasnt like that when they shipped, I dont see how. Anyway its sellers job to make sure an item doesnt get damaged on route or handle the issue if it does. Was a birthday present and should have arrived perfect or issue dealt with properly.

    This review does not reflect the truth. I sent a perfect item to and after they reported a stain, I could not see how there could be any stain on the item, because it was well packaged. I doubted his claim, for two reasons. 1. The item was well packaged and very clean when sent. 2. it was apparent that he was only trying to unjustly & falsely claim refund from me, as the only option he gave was to refund or threatened to leave a negative comment. I sent him the photo of the posted pen.
