    The item arrived without issue. The problem was that the seller placed the item in a heavier box than what she paid for. I paid an additional $25.19 above what I already paid and significantly more than the cost of the item itself. After several messages to seller, she refused to pay the cost of her mistake. I contacted eBay myself and they eventually reimbursed me for the Additional shipping that I paid. Moral of the story is do not pay extra shipping when asked my the mail carrier.
