    Overall good experience. The winch is exactly as advertised. It only took three weeks to get to me in South Africa. I’m very happy with the winch and the price. Packaging was good. My only comment is on the surprisingly slow logistics in the US. The parcel took longer to get from when I paid the vendor in Massachusetts to delivery at my shipping company in New York, than it did from New York to delivery in South Africa. Not complaining, just surprised.
