Delivery by Evri very poor though, supplier had paid for next day delivery but this item took 6 days to arrive. Andy from customer relations was very good, I still don't know what happened to the item (Hopefully returned to seller) but this is in know way a reflection on the Hardware company but down to Couriers

Unfortunately, the plastic box containing the screws was badly cracked at the base. However, I do not believe this to be a result of bad packing by seller as the box was padded with bubble wrap. More likely that damage occurred during transit handling.
