    Seller sent an inferior dog collar than the one listed without a buckle to get it on and off. Seller said he didn't know what a buckle was on a dog collar. Yes you read that right. After contacting Ebay they said it was OK for him to sell junk like that after listing a good collar and no way now to get a refund. Yes you read that right too. Saying that doesn't go against Ebay policy.

    First a snap, then a buckle, then a lie. I never said he couldn't get a refund. Called me dumb and threatened to give me the worst feedback, which he did, even though he was given a free return and money back. Not a happy person, I assume, because there is no need for nasty or lies.
