Product Information
The Cullmann Universal Maximo has a center brace, geared center column, and rubber-tipped feet to provide stability and support to cameras and camcorders up to 6.6 lbs. The universal tripod can be used with digital and SLR cameras, and can provide smooth movements for camcorders with the three-way fluid effect head. Additionally, the center column on the Cullmann Tripod is geared for fine control and smooth and easy adjustments. Although the Cullmann Tripod weighs just 1.9 pounds, it can provide stability for larger weights due to the center brace between the legs. The brace locks into place to support the legs so there is no slippage. The Cullmann Tripod legs feature two different types of locking mechanisms in addition to the center brace. The upper sections of the legs use flip locks while the lower sections quickly pull out. This gives photographers more control over the height of the Cullmann Tripod, and allows them to compensate for uneven ground. Photographers can adjust the height of the Cullmann Universal Maximo between 14.2 inches and 47.6 inches. To reduce movement or slippage on the ground or uneven surface, the universal tripod has rubber grips on the bottom of each leg.
