    Took a while that I tried to replace the 8× E7-8880v3 CPUs of my server with these newly bought E7-8890v4 CPUs — I had never replaced a CPU before. All went well, but one CPU showed higher temperatures under Linux sensors command under load. I did it not good the first time (see photo), but better a second time. Now I registered my 8-socket server on passmark with CPUmark of 102,411(!). It is the best 8-WAY CPU system on Multi CPU list there. Thanks for the cheap and working 8× E7-8890v4 CPUs!
