I contacted the seller and he said it was factory print lines and damage. Either way the card is not near mint. I asked for my money back and they said they don’t give refunds that they would give me $30 back. I had to threaten to get eBay involved. Then they said they could give me a refund. I’ll be sending back the card but I don’t recommend them.
