There's a crease line on screen protector, but I'm fine with it as it is replaceable. Shipping was pretty fast. They could use a little bit more bubble wrap considering how fragile the device is, but it arrived safely. The device is carrier locked (not unlockable), but incredible value. Overall, good service, great seller, could have more product photos but good enough.
