      As battery was pictured packaged I was unable to see the colour and the connections of it, so spent £150 to buy it. When it arrived and was undone it was black - the one in my I-PAD SP1 Auto defibrillator was cream. The connections were nowhere near compatible, so I had no option but to go through the returns process- which was silly because the returns label was for Royal Mail, who do not accept batteries in their service. As it was already labelled up I had no option but to post it and hope
