I weighed my options, and it wasn't worth my time, if you figure in the amount of time it takes to provide 24 photos, when you only need one to see that the product is broken. I have nothing bad to say about the vendor, but EBay should be embarrassed by their own retund policies. I won't use EBay, unless I have no other choice. EJL
