That designation, I have come to realize, may mean different things to different people. A typewriter that has certain defects that the buyer may find objectionable may be quite satisfactory for a seller, and vice versa. All that aside, this is, after all, a Tower President, one of the best typewriters ever produced, in this humble consumer's opinion, and the price was reasonable.
