We need to find a better way to attach the disposal to the sink. Eighteen pounds on your back in a small space is hard to lift, push seal into sink attachment and turn and lock is difficult. We could make millions. Have a good day.

The seller was responsive to my inquiries as well. However, the shipping time and choice of service was unexpected and caused me a lot of stress. I live 2-1/2 hours from seller and the package was sent ground by truck and took 8 days! I have received packages from California and even Europe in less time. So beware if they say priority it may not be so.
