The issues I have with the purchase are largely the fault of HP not the seller who did a basic test on the printer which showed it worked. The seller advertised the printer in full working order although in need of new ink refills. Upon buying the printer and setting it up however, the printer requires brand new printer heads. The user is only told this after filling the ink tanks and running all diagnostics and clean programs. Also HP has disabled remote access
